Superior Room
Styled with natural hues and pops of colour, the wooden furnishing of the Superior Room adds a warmth to the generous 42sq. metres of space. With your own private balcony, you’ll enjoy lush views of the resort and while your room is awash with natural light and tropical air. The private bathroom is complete with a walk-in rain-shower and the space to simply relax. Sleeping 2 to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child, the room is comprised of 1 Double or Twin beds with an extra bed available upon request.
Deluxe Room
At a generous 47sq. metres in size, this room feels open and spacious and has been beautifully styled, with the tasteful use of bright feature colours to add a splash of life and character. You have a balcony that is furnished and a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy the lush gardens surrounding your room. You have a choice of a King-size bed or 2 Twin-beds so the room will comfortably sleep 2 or 3 adults and 1 child. The deluxe bathroom comes with quality amenities, bathrobes, a hairdryer and bathtub, so you can lie back and enjoy a rejuvenating soak. Jacuzzi Villa
This peaceful retreat is the perfect space for 2 adults and up to 2 children to enjoy an escape from the real world. With a massive 120sq. metres of space that has a bright and fresh style, you will have lots of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. There’s large windows and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that draw in the natural light and give the villa a lovely open and uncluttered feel. The views from the rooms and villas vary between sweeping vistas over the ocean and garden and forest views. The accommodation here is all large in size, beautifully styled and a very comfortable space to enjoy a relaxing getaway by the beach.
The resort has been designed in 2 different zones, the Resort Zone and the Villa Zone. The Resort Zone is the hub of the resort, housing 195 rooms, restaurants, pools, day spa and kid’s facilities. It has a vibrant feel and there’s always something to do. A short walk over the bridge and on the other side of the lagoon you’ll find the quiet and tranquil Villa Zone. This is home to 60 villas, a gym, restaurant and bar. Guests can access both zones and everyone has direct access to the beach. When you’re hungry, the resort has 3 restaurants and 2 bars, serving international cuisines and some delicious traditional Thai dishes. When you’re looking for something physical, you can hit 1 of the 2 fully-equipped gyms at the resort, each of them having a great range of cardio machines and free weights. Be pampered at the Apsara Spa, where their menu includes relaxing massages and blissful health and beauty treatments, all in a serene and private environment.

How do I make a booking once I have purchased a Escapes Guru voucher?
Customers will need to contact the Escapes Guru team. When you contact us to make your booking, we will endeavour to book and confirm all components of your package within 72 hours of receiving your booking details. Should we not be able to confirm any component, we will contact you with an alternative within 72 hours. Can I cancel or make changes to my booking?
Should you need to cancel for any reason once full payment is made, subject to clause 4 in the Terms & Conditions, you will not be entitled to any refund, including any extra purchases. Fees will apply should any amendments be required after booking your voucher (minimum fee of $100 per person). In addition to the amendment fees, any supplier terms and conditions will be applied. Can I purchase travel insurance through Escapes Guru?
Yes you can purchase travel insurance. Please call 1300 508 802. The Australian Government advises that all travellers obtain travel insurance prior to travel. The insurance should cover loss of deposit and other monies through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money, medical expenses, additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs to Australia should any services need to be extended or curtailed due to illness or other insurable risks. Our reservations team can provide you with general information about travel insurance at the time of booking. If you do not require travel insurance, you agree to provide written acknowledgement that a recommendation to obtain travel insurance has been made to you by us.

If I want to travel on a particular date but haven’t purchased a Escapes Guru voucher, can the booking/room be held for me until I have purchased the voucher?
No. Bookings/rooms cannot be held without voucher purchase.
What is the promotion availability?
Your booking is subject to the availability of the actual rooms provided by the resort for the Escapes Guru promotion. This allocation of rooms is well in excess of the rooms required to satisfy the offer, however, not all rooms available at the resort on any given day will be available to guests participating in the promotion offer. Please note that booking available rooms is on a First Come First Served basis.
Can I contact the resort directly to make a booking/redeem my voucher or check availability?
No. Bookings/voucher redemptions and availability checks must be made through Escapes Guru.
