Two Bedroom Oceanfront Apartment
This huge 97sq. metre apartment has stunning views of the ocean and picturesque, sandy beach below. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open and draw in the natural light, maximising your views. Step through these doors to your furnished balcony overlooking the water, where you can relax and unwind in the cool sea breeze. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, separate living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a Queen-size bed and ensuite with spa bath and the 2nd bedroom has 2 Single beds. You can request extra bedding if needed, so the apartment will sleep 5 guests in comfort. The full kitchen includes an oven, cooktop, microwave and refrigerator, giving you freedom to cook the food you want when you want it. The apartment also includes a washing machine and dryer and air-conditioning allows you to create your own cool oasis to enjoy the large-screen TV with Foxtel and DVD player, plus in-room Wi-Fi.

Many rooms offer views of the ocean plus all apartments include kitchen facilities.
Whether you are looking for a quiet time relaxing beside the ocean or keen to try as many activities as possible, at only 55-steps from the beach, everything is easily accessible from your apartment. The Alexandra Beach Surf Club is a short walk down the beach, a great place to enjoy a cool drink or delicious meal. Within a minute’s walk from the resort there is a convenience store, ice-cream parlour and surf shops. If you find yourself needing a change from the beach and sand, the resort has a sprawling pool, heated in cooler months, with sun lounges, umbrellas and barbeque area. When you’re in the mood to get your heart pumping, there are walking and cycling paths right in front of the resort and water-sports like kayaking and paddle boarding can be done on the calm waters of the river nearby.

How do I make a booking once I have purchased a Escapes Guru voucher?
Customers will need to contact the Escapes Guru team. When you contact us to make your booking, we will endeavour to book and confirm all components of your package within 72 hours of receiving your booking details. Should we not be able to confirm any component, we will contact you with an alternative within 72 hours. Can I cancel or make changes to my booking?
Should you need to cancel for any reason once full payment is made, subject to clause 4 in the Terms & Conditions, you will not be entitled to any refund, including any extra purchases. Fees will apply should any amendments be required after booking your voucher (minimum fee of $100 per person). In addition to the amendment fees, any supplier terms and conditions will be applied. Can I purchase travel insurance through Escapes Guru?
Yes you can purchase travel insurance. Please call 1300 508 802. The Australian Government advises that all travellers obtain travel insurance prior to travel. The insurance should cover loss of deposit and other monies through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money, medical expenses, additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs to Australia should any services need to be extended or curtailed due to illness or other insurable risks. Our reservations team can provide you with general information about travel insurance at the time of booking. If you do not require travel insurance, you agree to provide written acknowledgement that a recommendation to obtain travel insurance has been made to you by us.

If I want to travel on a particular date but haven’t purchased a Escapes Guru voucher, can the booking/room be held for me until I have purchased the voucher?
No. Bookings/rooms cannot be held without voucher purchase.
What is the promotion availability?
Your booking is subject to the availability of the actual rooms provided by the resort for the Escapes Guru promotion. This allocation of rooms is well in excess of the rooms required to satisfy the offer, however, not all rooms available at the resort on any given day will be available to guests participating in the promotion offer. Please note that booking available rooms is on a First Come First Served basis.
Can I contact the resort directly to make a booking/redeem my voucher or check availability?
No. Bookings/voucher redemptions and availability checks must be made through Escapes Guru.
